We offer In Home Concierge Nursing Services (Medical/Surgical Procedures Aftercare), Chronic Care Management and Seniors/Elder Care Services. We maintain strict compliance with Regulatory Guidelines mandated both Maryland Department of Health and Maryland Board of Nursing.
Our Nurses are highly experienced professionals, trained to recognize health related deficits in our Clients, implement immediate interventions for stability and report all negative findings to their Medical Provider.

A Service Plan is coordinated and developed by the RN Care Manager, in conjunction with the Client, Client’s Family and Client’s Medical Providers. The Service Plan is tailored to identify Client’s individualized needs, target specific goals to eliminate or minimize identified problems.
